Queen Latifah
Dana Elaine Owens, better than Queen Latifah the US, is a rapper and actress. In film, music and on television, Queen Latifah is the recipient of the award of two Screen Actors Guild Awards (two Image Awards), a Grammy Award as well as six more Grammy nominations, and nods to her Emmy Award. Queen Latifah was born in Newark, New Jersey. She is the daughter of Rita Owens Sr. and Lancelot Owens Jr. The couple divorced at the age of Latifah was ten. Latifah went to Catholic school, and she was educated in Newark New Jersey. She went to at the Baptist church. Latifah is a word that means gentle and gentle. Her cousin gave it to her when she was eight years old. Latifah's height of 5'10" allowed her to be a formidable forward in high school. She sang the song home from The Wiz at a high-school play. Latifah started beatboxing in the fresh rap ladies.
